Shipping 

    General Information

    All our products are shipped from our workshop/warehouse in Canada. We use the services of third-party delivery service provider for shipping the orders placed by the you. We ship all across Canada. The shipping rates may vary from one region to the other, and you may also be liable to pay taxes, customs and duties as per the applicable law.

    Orders subject to acceptance and availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when a customer places the order, and sold out by the time we attempt to process the order.

    All delivery orders successfully received by us from the users, are usually dispatched within a period between 2 to 3 working days, provided such products are available in stock with us. Please be aware that Canada public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. 

    We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to Origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order. Refund will be processed (excluding the shipping charges)  only once the shipment returns back to us. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges has to be borne by the customer .

    If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. 

     

    Order status

    You can track your order by logging into My Account or referring to your order dispatch email. 

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status. Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the period communicated to you in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info.gemgypsies@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

     What happens in case my order is delayed?

    In case your order is not be processed by the estimated shipping date, please contact us at info.gemgypsies@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience.

     

    Returns

    We, at Gem Gypsies believe in delivering quality. Therefore, if for some reason you receive a defective product from us, only then you may be able to return the same and get a refund for it. You can do so only for certain products where there is a visible damage or tears in the product material or finish, provided that you must have a proof of unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. You can raise a return request for damaged products only within a period of 7 (seven) days from the delivery date. We will arrange a return shipment as well as be responsible for the return shipping fee. Post this period of 7 (seven) days, your order shall become final sale, and would not be eligible for any return request.

    In case for eligible returns, we shall be responsible to bear all the cost and expenses of the return shipping. 

     

    Exchange

    For our customers who have their delivery address in Canada, your damaged products/items are entitled for an exchange, as per the availability of the product, at no extra cost, provided that you must have a proof of unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Categories like necklaces, bracelets and earrings are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issue. However, it is advisable to confirm size before placing an order. However, if you wish to exchange for any sizing issues of rings, such items may be exchanged at a cost of CAD 8.99 if the delivery address is in Canada. Exchange will be picked up and delivered at the same address as the original delivery address. The replacement product is dispatched within 2 working days (subject to availability) once the return is received. Please note returns can take upto 2 weeks.

    The product that you wish to return/exchange must be unused, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including but not limited to the packaging box and any tags. Moreover, you must send us an original unboxing video as proof of unboxing which must show the damage on the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.
